Data Systems Security
SCOPE
The security issue is still a big challenge for data systems in the era of big data, which the data science is playing a more and more critical and central role in the development of cyberspace and various applications. Researchers and developers pay much attention to propose novel theories and technologies to countermeasure the security issue. The 2017 International Workshop on Data Systems Security (WDSS 2017) hopes to play an important platform to help that these researchers and developers exchange their ideas, designs and system implementations.
WORKSHOP AREAS
We motivated to invite submissions on the various topics, including but not limited to:
1.Authentication
2.Access Control
3.System Audit
4.Security Protocol
5.Digital Identity Management
6.Cloud Security
7.Big Data Security
8.Privacy Computing
9.Data System Vulnerability
10.Database Security
11.Data Intensive Attacks
12.Storage Security
PAPER SUBMISSION
All submission must be in English, and cannot be simultaneously under review in other formal publication tracks. Authors can submit their papers via https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/DSS2017/. All submissions should follow the instructions of paper submissions listed in the main conference: http://www.ieee-dsc.org/2017/CallForPapers.html.
All accepted papers in DSS 2017 will be published in a combined volume of ICDSC (the second IEEE International Conference on Data Science in Cyberspace) proceedings. At least one author from each accepted paper must register for the workshop.
